I have noticed there are a few Australian Mommies running around but no where for us so it is hard to find each other. Is it possible to have a forum for Australian Mommies? It might draw some more Aussies to Just Mommies.

I think this is a great idea! I actually posted this suggestion earlier and didn't get any feedback. I know we have quite a few Australian mums here. Anyone else interested!

Maybe enough people don't come in here. I've never ventured into suggestions until I actually had something to suggest.

I'm sure there are plenty of us out there.. I just try to modify my responses to the American women ie. talking in ounces for milk rather than mls etc and saying 'Mommy'!! I suppose in the end we all go through the same things no matter where we are but I had noticed there was no forum for Australian Mums!

Same here, there was a discussion about thongs in my DDC a couple of weeks back and if you went by the Aussie definition of a thong the conversation took on a whole new meaning! LOL

I'm actuallly an American but have been here for nearly 10 years. I don't get picked as being American anymore, I'm Aussie as.

Definatly need an Aussie mummies board!!! I was jusr coming in to make this suggestion then I found this! I mean it's great mixing around with all the other ladies but when it comes to products and stuff half of the things the ladies recommend I wouldn't find in an Australian shop. It will give us the oppurtunity to find each other and then if we like make support groups in our local areas as some of the other American ladies do!! Love the idea definatly a MUST

I think we have enough people to get a board started for us. I've seen quite a few ther Aussies on here when I've been lurking around other boards.

Congratulations on the twins soph! Great ultrasound pics.
