it says bandwith exceded and I don't know why it is doing it I am only hosting 2 things one is a picture and the other is a blinky can anyone help me fix it so I can have a pic of my baby up

Is it possible that someone is using your bandwidth? I would contact Photobucket, since it's really their issue.
