When I try to add a ticker, pictures, etc.....it won't let me. At the bottom of the page it shows:

these features are actually turned off for all users due to the resources required. you'll need to upload your images to a photo hosting site (like Photobucket), then use the [IMG] code they provide. for tickers, you'll just need to look for the BB code they give you as that is the format that is compatible with JM.
