I can't do much as I am so new but I can't find the guidelines. Like I tried to send someone a hello message but it said my account was not activated yet. Where do I find the guidelines about how many posts before you can do what and which forums I can and cannot post in right now?

You're welcome to post on any forums except the private forums which require at least 100 posts to access. You'll need 10 posts before you'll be able to use the private messaging and search features.
