Everytime I try to enter the chat room it says something like this cahtroom uses addon services and you must have java to use it. I downloaded java, and it still says it. Any ideas why I cant enter a chat room?

Could you try clearing your cookies & cache and then try again?

Is your OS software up-to-date? Meaning have you done a Windows Update recently?
