silverla has been trying to get on all morning but having no luck. top banners are loading but not the page.
any ideas what is going on and how long it is likely to continue?

Hey honey I had something similar a few months ago and swirtched to Google Chrome which solved the issue. Has Sharron tried different browsers, clearing cookies and cache etc? Are other sites working OK for her or is it just JM?

I would definitely recommend trying a different browser if she hasn't already. Like I said, this happened to me a few months ago, it was loading to the top banner ad and then no further. Google Chrome sorted it out for me but I can't remember what browser Sharron uses. Also, try clearing cache and cookies and logging out and back in, or even totally restarting her computer just to see if that gives it a kick start. Also, does it happen with the main JM site or just the boards?

well she tried all this and nothing has worked. the ONLY part she cant get on is uk mummies.
its really odd and i hope it gets sorted soon, we need our host!!!
