Someone told me to create a Photobucket account, so I've done that.

I still can't get my pictures to show up on my post though..it gives me a box with an X in it.

Can anyone give me some instructions?

Are you using the IMG code that Photobucket gives you? If you post a link to where you've posted a picture, I can take a look to see what could be the problem.
