I was wandering around looking for a forum for moms with kids with type 1 diabetes. I know there must be one because with one out of every 500 kids diagnosed before the age of 14 that must be a topic thats talked about...I just cant seem to find where. I have 2 kids with it and I would love to get advice, give advice and talk shop with other moms of diabetics. If there isnt a specific forum for this I would consider being a co host to such a forum. I have 9 kids, 2 of them diabetics, both diagnosed before their first birthdays, which means I have been mom to diabetics for 12 years now and will have diabetics here at home for many more to come. ( my baby who is now 16 months was my most recently diagnosed)....

Let me know if I just am not looking in the right area...or forum...or what.

We used to have a board specifically for Type 1 Diabetes but it was inactive so it was closed. We do have a new group for Living with Diabetes and I know there are some moms there with kids with Type 1 (my sister posts there and has 2 kids with Type 1).
