Ok look at my siggi, you can see there is writing in my siggi and my blinkie has been moved, i never moved it how did it go like that?

Not sure. I have been fixing people sigs but I haven't done anything to yours, I don't think. I am not sure what you mean with how it was changed.

It must have been me. When I looked at it for you, I changed the blinkies from html and messed one up. You're all fixed now.
