Would you ban someone for doing this?? Have you ever had a situation pertaining to this?

-contacting any member or their family/friends via phone, internet, or in person,w/out their consent, for harassment and/or other negative purposes.

For example, if a member "stalked" and tracked down another member's family members to question them with the intent to bring it back to the site to start drama.
