Ever since it was installed, every time I have JM open, my browser keeps freezing and my internet runs super slow. As soon as I close JM, the freezing stops and my internet runs fine again. I have this same issue with FB chat, so I am just permanently logged out of it, but there is no option to do that with this one as far as I can tell and I'd really prefer not to have to deal with this freezing issue much longer.

We do not have a way to log out of the chat feature. The freezing issue should be better now. Let me know if it is still freezing up.

Patty, I don't know if it's just me or not, but if I leave the JM page idle for too long, it makes me log out and back in again in order to use the chat. Is that how it's supposed to be?

Yup I am having the same issues...it is causing my page to freeze and also to really slow down the site. It is making it take twice as long to do anything on the site!
Please I hope we can disable it somehow because it has really screwed JM up for me!!!!

Mine is doing the same thing. It freezes my browser until the chat feature loads. It also takes a lifetime and a day just to load. It's getting very annoying!!
