Do you have to have a certain # of posts to put up Blinkies?
Do they have to be applied with your Siggy when you get one? or can you add one at any time?

You can add blinkies to your signature at any time, just like pictures of tickers. I think you need something like 10 or 15 posts before you can make a signature is all

You can put blinkies in regular posts as well, though until you have 100 posts, it will need to go through the mod queue.
