HELP! My virus alert keeps popping up. My husband did a virus run and a malware run and it hasn't helped. I was told to come here in hopes of someone being able to help me!

What does the virus alert say when it comes up? Does it give any more information about what it is detecting?

It was saying that there was a virus alert or harmful something or another, but it stopped now....just out of the blue.

It was probably an ad that was playing that was triggering the virus software. Probably a false positive. If it happens again, could you get a screen shot and post it for us?

It's been happening to me all morning and I've been getting a "Parental Block". Remind me again how to do a screen shot again please, Rachel?

click print screen while and then open paint or any other editing program and then you paste into a new document.
