Disabling Banner Ads?

Is there anything I can do to disable the banner ads on the site? There's this stupid gourmoo cooking thing that I can never seem to avoid. It drives me crazy because it opens and then it's so slow to close it. It never fails, I always scroll over it.

We do not have a way to disable our ads and as these are the way that we pay for JustMommies and keep it free for our members we wouldn't encourage this.

I am looking into this ad however. I will see what I can find out.

This add is driving me crazy too! I end up having to close the ad out every time I come because it scrolls down and goes on top of things I want to click on, on the site.

Hopefully it goes out of the rotation soon

Thanks, I figured I couldn't get rid of it completely, I just don't want it to "open" every time I accidentally scroll over it...was hoping there was some way I could prevent it.
