when you post a new topic or add a reply, are they recorded somewhere in your profile that you can go back and look at the next time you sign in, to keep track of the responses? for example, other than checking the actual posting again, is there any other way of knowing that responses have been added?

well you can subsribe to a topic and then you'll get emails telling you that there are new responses

If you go to the bottom of the board.

You will see several drop down menus. Go to the one that says Topics All and you can select topics I have started or Topics I have replied to. You can only do this on individual forums but it will help. You can also go to My assistant to see your last ten posts.
