Hi! I'm a new member at JM. I've been browsing through the new posts and I had a question about DDC and Playroom forums.

DDC are obvious, but what exactly are the Playroom forums? And do all members hop in and out of those posts or do usually just the members who they're applicable to post in them (and maybe members who are friends of the members who they're applicable to)?

Playrooms are the equivalent of DDCs, only for babies that have already been born. For example, my first son was born in July 2006, so I'm a member of the June-July 2006 Playroom Typically, members will only post on a Playroom if they have a child born in that month or close to it (ie, DDC members whose babies are born a month or two early usually stay put)
