Answer: The forum software used on JustMommies breaks members into different categories based on their post count. You may have noticed this on the default member titles available: Newbie, Regular, Veteran, Mega Super Mommy, Platinum Supermommy, etc. Each of these categories has a unique color for their username. As your post count increases, your username color will change accordingly!
