Scroll to the end of the post you would like to reply to, you will see a pink button that says "Quote. Click that if you are wanting to reply to one post and it will automatically open up your reply area with that member's post quoted.

To quote several differnt posts at one time, just scroll through the thread. Directly beside the "Quote button you will see an icon with "+, looks like there is a Document behind it. (The Multi-Quote button)

Click that in each post you would like to quote. It will turn from pink to orange. Click Add Reply at the bottom of that thread and you will see all the quotes from each post.
