For the last several days the search feature seems not to be working. When I search for posts using keywords that I am 100% sure are there it still finds no results.

I'm having the same problem. Happy it isn't just me. Hopefully they get this resolved quickly.

Me too - just searched for IUGR, and it has no results. :weird:

We are having some issues with the search feature. Our tech team is aware of this. They are updating our search program (basically). I don't know when this will be fixed yet but I will update you all as soon as I know more.
