I have written an admin and emailed the boards.. I cannot log in from any cpu... I can only access the boards through the forum runner app on my phone. Uh can't access the private board in my ddc either because I can't log in... Someone please help. :/

I don't get one. It goes to a page that has how long I've been a member or back to the main boards, but not logged in. I have verified my log in info, as I can get in on my phone.

You need to clear your cookies and cache and then try to log in again.

Rachel, I have done that many times. I can also attempt to log in on a computer I have never used before and the same thing happens.

Seriously no one else has responded since the 9th? I need help. I also emailed the boards and.shockingly got no answer there either. I am not the only one this has happened to and i refuse to create a new account because i cent get help.

I'm sorry. I will ask Rachel or Twinkle to come back and help you - it is more direct to email them at the boards@justmommies.com address (though I understand you've done that as well) - you could also try PMing one of them.

It's moderators who tend to check this forum when they get time, and moderators can't help with most login issues. We are a little low on the ground at the moment and doing our best, but we are volunteers and busy moms, and this isn't the only mod job there is to do.

I've taken a look at your account in the meantime, but it's nothing I am able to spot, there is nothing glaringly obvious which resembles any login issue I've encountered. I would be curious as to whether the other member Lesha mentioned also uses JM via Forum Runner and whether it's something to do with it being tricky to switch between the two.

When you use JM via Forum Runner on your phone, are you logging out at the end of your session? It's not to do with still being logged in on that when you try on a PC is it?
