i know there are a couple of pregnancy loss/grief, abortion loss boards..etc...but what about a special board for the memory of lost JM babies, whether the pregnancy ended in mc or maybe stillbirth, or even the death of a child down the road in the past........maybe it's a good idea or maybe not...maybe people don't want to dwell...but then maybe moms would like to post some sort of "in memory of" poem, or the like...... anyway..just an idea i had...with there being so many losses on our boards lately

We already have those sections on the Pregnancy Loss, Recurrent Miscarriage, & Stillbirth boards where poems, letters, thoughts, etc are written and posted. All of us there are JM members who have experienced a loss through miscarriage, stillbirth or the death of a loved one.

My presonal opinion would be that it would be a little redundant since those boards are very active and have become a close knit family.

Yea, I have to agree with Nicole....many of us over at the Pregnancy Loss, Stillbirth, and/or Recurrent M/C boards were members when the babies were lost....and it is quite busy there...I also think it would be a bit redundant....There are subforums to put any letters/poems/etc on these boards....

On the other hand.... the "in memory of" board would be a place that people who HAVEN'T suffered a loss can feel comfortable going to.....because personally I try not to go into the loss forums because if I did have a loss...I might not like tons of people who don't have a clue (like me LOL) lurking around.

I know that as DDC/PRs we become really close and it might be a place where both groups can mix......outside dwelling on the losses IN the DDCs/PRs
