I've been trying to get a ticker at jm and I enter the info but then when i click :create picture: it says "invalid data!"

what am I doing wrong?

ETA: I got one from another site and jm won't allow it. It says "Sorry, dynamic pages in the [IMG] tags are not allowed"

I'm using the right code and it looks just like the example in the help section, png tag and all

Tickerfactory code does not work on our site. The way they designed their tickers uses dynamic images. All of the other ticker sites (as far as I know) do not use dynamic images and work fine on JM.

thanks, is there a reason why jm tickers don't work for me? I'd like to have one, I like the designs better. I'm know I have to be doing something wrong, I'm computer/technology challenged

You have to register for them separately. They are not connected to the forum database. That is why you are having problems.

I registered a username (same as the one here, is that the problem?) and it allowed my to log in and put in my data and selected the images but it comes up with the
;invalid data"

Do I need to register a different user name?

I know, I'm being difficult lol
