Breastfeeding is very healthy for babies, and for mother as well. It is recommended to give breast milk to newly born baby, which helps newborn to fight against many health problem and strengthen their immune system. Breast milk is a perfect mixture of protein, fat and vitamin, all a baby needs to grow. It contains antibodies that helps baby to fight against harmful bacteria and infections. Breastfeeding is entirely your own choice but for well grown baby doctor recommends breastfeeding atleast for 6 months because milk is the only diet a child can take for 6 months, so it should be healthy. Breastfeeding also help a mother to loss weight. it is completely painless and comfortable, you always feel connected to your baby.
The one with low milk supply must look after some home remedies to increase milk. Fenugreek seeds, Fennel Seeds, Green leafy vegetables, Sesame seeds, Cumin seeds, Pulses or lentils, Nuts and dried fruit and oats. Breast milk is the best source of nutrition for a newborn baby.

Breastfeeding is indeed best for babies. At the same time it makes you bond more with your little one. There are so much benefits that we can get from it as well. In addition, there are new versatile baby gears that can accommodate you and your baby while you are breastfeeding, one of them is this baby carrie https://parentingandbabyneeds.com/?s=breastfeeding. I hope I have added a great info about breastfeeding comfort while on the go.
