The only avatars I can seem to use are those provided by JM. I am unable to delete the one I have. I can only exchange it for another one that's in the group provided by JM. I would very much like to upload an avatar from my computer but am finding it impossible to do so. The jpeg is well within the size guidelines.

I'd appreciate any help.

I'm beginning to feel like a real pest. THanks for removing the other avatar. I tried uploading from my puter, but no luck. I then tried uploading the imagine using the URL. Again, no luck. I don't understand why it's not working. I've never had this problem before.

I saved the flower to my computer. You needed your graphic to be 64x64. I saved it on a white background sized 64x64 to keep it from stretching. The software resizes the avatars if they are not that size. I saved it to my photobucket account. When you can, save it to your photobucket account. (I can add it to your avatar for you if you have problems)

Patty, I saved the flower to my (mother's) photobucket account. Now I cannot remove the one you posted for me or upload the one from my photobucket account.
