I was wondering if we could have a board dealing with Mommies with Diabetes (Type 1 or 2). Not just Gestational Diabetes. I had Gestational Diabetes, but since giving birth I now am Pre-Diabetic. I think it would be nice to share stories, how a person controls blood sugars, and diabetics who are also TTC'ing.

I think it is an excellent idea! I am not diabetic but my DH is. Also us women who have PCOS are at risk for developing it.

I was diagnosed with type one diabetes shortly before I got pregnant. I would support this bored if one was made. I sometimes post on the GD board, but I have ongoing issues now that I am not pregnant.
