Anyone else getting a Gmail popup window ask you to confirm a security code, whislt browsing the forums?

I just had it just now, it's the 3rd time today I can't see a common topic/thread/sig or anything other than it's been on JM's forums.

You shouldn't be getting any pop ups on JM. Are you getting these on other sites you visit?

Ok just got it again, from reading this topic.

Could it be the google ads or something? I'm confused!!


Edit: No patty, just here. It's not a "popup" as typical popups come. It's like a new window opens on it's own, asking me to type in a security confirmation code. You know the type that look funny, and you have to type what you see?

I am not seeing this ad. I am wondering if it is a media rich ad. I am sure that we don't have pop up ads but we do have some media rich ads. I will have to look into this because I haven't seen this ad and I am just not sure.

Today is the first time I've gotten it, but that's the 4th time today.

If I happen to see it again, I'll post a link to the page I'm at. Unfortunately, my pc blocks ads so I am unable to tell you what ads are shown. Maybe someone else can post if they see it too. Sorry I can't be of more help!

It won't help to send me the link. The ads change each time you load the page and I since I am on JM a lot I get different ads than members that are here less often. I am going to look through all of our ads as soon as I have time.
