I am trying to post a video clip. I get a message that says "Sorry, dynamic pages in the [IMG] tags are not allowed". The video clip is an .Flv file. Can anyone provide me simple step by step instructions on how to post my video clip? I must be dumb

, I have been trying to figure this out for over an hour! Thanks to anyone that can help me.

You should have a code that says BB code. Copy and paste that and it should work. You are actually posting a picture with a link to the video when you do this. You can't actually post the video within your post.
