Befor when you wanted to use "Fast Reply" you could just click on "Enable Smilies" and they would just stay at the bottom of your screen and when you wanted to use them you could but now you have to keep refreshing them or other wise they dont work. How come?

I don't have a clue, Joanne. I've noticed that since I upgraded to internet explorer 7, things have been weird. Hopefully someone knows what the deal is.

I haven't upgraded my IE and I don't think I am going to yet. I have been hearing a lot of complaints about it. I am not sure the answer to your question.
