today i changed the e-mail in my account since I can't get into it and well it said it was sending a validation e-mail to that account and I can't get to it so now i can not post !! I can sign in as fludderbye i just can't post or pm any one !! help what do i do ?

I just approved your email change. You should be able to log in and post with your regular screen name now.
