It's been painfully slow again this afternoon.

We are working on this now. I have been having problems with the page loading in internet explorer but it seems to be loading find in Mozilla. We are trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

I'm having trouble with it going *really* slow in Mozilla, Patty.

This has been an ongoing problem for me for quite sometime
I have tried to log on at "offpeak" times avoiding the morning and afternoon rush but I have been having problems all day today.
It just took me 14 minutes to load JM, to log in and come here to post.
I use internet explorer is that the problem?

The problem is on our end. I normally use IE but have been using Mozilla today because the pages were loading extremely slow for me. They are loading faster in Mozilla for me but I am still having problems with the page timing out even in Mozilla.

I sincerely apologize for the load time. We are aware of the problem and are trying to get this fixed. Please bear with us.
