My computer just upgraded internet exporer to the newest one, and i noticed that there is no "File" etc on the very top of the page, is that just how its set up now or is there something i can do to get it back up there?

Click on "tools" (upper right hand part of the screen under the search box) and make sure "Menu Bar" has a check next to it. That'll bring it back
