You need 10 posts to send PMs. So try again, it should work for you now.

Sorry to jump in here, but is the 10 post restriction just on sending PM's? Can newbies recieve a PM before they have 10 posts?

No, they need ten posts before you can send them to them. I normally send emails to new members if I can.

Oh, ok. I sent one to a user with only 5 posts but it didn't tell me that I couldn't do it. So will that pm just be waiting for her once she reaches 10 posts?
