Can someone help me with my avatar? I keep putting it on here and it's coming out blurry or really really tiny!

Can you tell me what the dimensions are on the avatar? We only allow 64x64pixels for avatars. If it is bigger than that it will be resized.

I"m not sure the dimensions..the picture comes up but it's totally blurry. I guess I will try to figure it out, thanks for the reply
