help!!

i just got a new pc with Vista premium on it

i click "live chat" and it says loading just like it use to, but it NEVER will load the chat!!!!!

can someone please help me?

I think someone else posted a similar problem with chats & vista recently. Let me see if there was a solution for her.

It could be that Java isn't installed

I don't have vista but I did need to download the newest Java thing...see if that needs to be done.

i have the newest Java available!! i even re-installed it from online just to make sure...

it's driving me insane!!!

it shows that it's loading, but it never loads
