I realize the ads are necessary to keep the site free, but the ads that keep making the page to all the way to the bottom are driving me crazy. I feel like I keep fighting to scroll up and down a page, with them. Just wondering if they are bothering anyone else.

I am not sure what ad you are referring to. I am not aware of any that make you scroll like that.

I think she's talking about the circuit city ads. When you try to scroll down the page, the ad stays in place (so it appears as if it's going down the page as well). Other ads are only at the top and bottom of the page, where that type is layered over the page for about 10 seconds.

It's not the Circuit City ad. It's the ads at the bottom of the page. When I click a link, it automatically sends me to the bottom of the page.

I see this, on my screen, and then I have to scroll UP to see the messages.

Okay I am not sure if this is the problem but I don't think it is the ad code that is doing this. Are you refreshing a page when this happens. If you were scrolled down to the bottom of the page when you hit refresh, it will take you to the bottom of the page. If I scroll down to the bottom of the boards, for example, to see the online list and then I hit refresh it will load to the bottom of the page since that is where I was looking when I hit refresh. I am not sure if that is the problem or not. If not, I will have to look into this because I haven't been able to recreate the problem.

I'm not hitting refresh. I know what you mean, though. This is just hitting a link and going to the next page.
