I was wondering if someone could help me with our DDC (Dec). I was looking at the other DDC's and they all have spreadsheets done up really nice...

I have ours just in a thread but the girls would like to have one done up nice but I'm not sure how to do it. I've got all the info to add in there, just don't know how to post something like that.

Thanks very much.

This is done in a graphics program. They have made one big graphic and uploaded it to a photo hosting site (like photobucket) and then put the image in the post. If you need more specific advice I'd be happy to help point you in the right direction.

Ok, so I've got a photobucket account, that's a start. What kind of graphics program do you need? I've got Microsoft Picture It! If that's not good enough, is there one I can download somewhere or would this have to be purchased?

I think I get it though. They create the doc in the graphics program, save it to photobucket and then when they have to update the post, they update the original doc, save to photobucket again and upload again?

Thanks.

I did my DD poster in excel and the mommy & me poster in Picture it!.

For the one in excel if you want I can make you a template and email it to you to fill out. Basically what I did was make the poster in excel and save it. When you save it in excel it saves as "duedate.xcl" (or something to that effect). On JM you can only post things that end in .bmp, .jpg, or .gif. So what you have to do it highlight the whole project and copy it. Then open Paint (most computers with Windows has this program, its under accesories). Paste the poster in there. Then save it as "duedate.jpg". Upload it to photobucket. Copy and paste the HTML code into a post and there you go.

PM me if you need help
