Can you help

Hello- I am actually trying to help out one of the gals on our playroom through e-mail...

ID is MB23

She is trying to access from her home computer.....she can get to the main Just Mommies page with the articles and links....however when she goes to the message boards page, her system thinks, goes to a solid color screen and has the words done on the bottom.

She tried deleting all of her cookies and that didn't work.

Is there anything else she can do? Is the a single problem? Or are more expirencing it?

she would even PM but she can't get to that system either.

I'm also having problems. They started yesterday. When I go to the boards the only thing that loads is the first two sections and that's it. I have a direct link for my PR but when I go there the top of the page loads and nothing else. I don't know what's going on. I got a new internet service yesterday but I don't think that's the problem because JM is the only site that I can't access.

How weird?

There is a small number of people having trouble accessing the forums. We are aware of the probrem and trying very hard to get this fixed.

I had this at work this morning using IE, i'm home now using firefox, works fine but it could just be the issue has been resolved. Here's hoping for your sake Teresa!!

Exact same problem here. Its making me nuts. I might go crazy with no JM. Its the only site I really visit!!

I can access it with Netscape 9 but not Internet Explorer. I really think IE has some issue with this site. All of the other sites I visit still work on my IE 6 browser. BUT I now have netscape and THANK GOODNESS I can get back on JM. Talk about withdrawals!!!
