Technical problems

I'm having problems with pages loading on JM on my laptop. They load just fine on my desktop computer, but when I try to open any JM page on my laptop it only loads about halfway then stops.
Any idea what the problem could be?

We are looking into this problem now and trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Are you using a different internet provider with your lap top?

Patty I mentioned in the previous thread, I had this issue using IE at work, but on firefox at home, the site is perfect.

Actually.... my IE works fine at home. Sorry, i thought it may have helped!

No, it's the same internet on both computers. Thanks for working on it! Hopefully it will be fixed soon. It's strange that it works on my desktop, but not the laptop.

for me, it won't load at all on my computer, but is just fine on my husbands. same internet connection, internet explorer. hope it can get fixed soon! you guys have never failed us yet!

DITTO all of this--my JM works find on my Desktop but not at all on my laptop! Same internet same IE and everything!

I wanted to post on this thread ALL DAY, but I couldn't get down to the bottom of the screen!! Me and my friend both could not get on from work (desk tops) and we had NO problem getting on at home (mine is a laptop, hers a desktop), and we work in 2 different places about 20 miles from each other. It is driving us NUTS!!!

We are both post-a-holics!!!

Interesting addition. I work at home on Fridays and access work through a virtual connection, when I'm hooked up to work via my virtual connection I cannot get the pages to load on my laptop. Even if I'm still connected and minimize my windows and use my Mozilla connection versus the IE connection I have through my VPN. IF I disconnect my VPN and then go through Mozilla again, I can access. ]

Not sure how that information will help, but it has to be something with ISP connectivity???

I haven't been able to access at home for the last 3 days, I'm going crazy!! I can't access on Firefox or IE. I'm at my mom's house on their laptop, and it works fine, go figure!!

I am having the issue at work with IE6. I cannot scroll down passed the first couple of posts. If you respond to this post I won't be able to see it.

It isn't loading the pages all the way for me either! At home or my work computer!

My pages will sometimes load, but when I try to post it will not load.

My laptop wont load either but our ancient Piece of crap computer that the kids use for games in the other part of the house, when I try with that, it works SOMETIMES. I'm going through withdraw cause its taken me like five trys to even load THIS! RRRRGGGG

I know its not you guys fault but there is some weird bug here!!!

We are still working on this. We just got an update from our tech people and we believe they have located the problem. We are not sure how long it is going to take to fix so we can't give you a time frame yet but hopefully it won't be too much longer.

I'm having the same problem on my laptop. I can only load the jm boards on my desktop.
