do i make a signature..i'm so lost. It must be right in front of my face but i'm having no luck on where to do this.

Go to "my controls" up near the top of the page on the right. Then go to "edit my signature" on the left-hand side. Then you can post the codes of pics from a photosharing site, tickers, or whatever you want.

What site are you trying to use for your ticker? There are certain ones that are incompatible with JM. Here are a few links to tickers that you can use on here: here and here.

After you create one and have it generate the codes, you copy and paste the code into your siggy. But HTML won't work on JM so you have to use the one labeled the BB code.
