Go into your thread and underneath your first post on the right hand side, you'll see where it says edit. Click on that and then click on full edit when the choice comes up. Then you can change anthing you want, including the title. Then just submit the modified post and it's done.

The only thing you can't change by doing that is polls. You'll have to send a pm to a mod/admin to have polls fixed.
