Over the last few days I have had numerous difficulties logging into the site.

Perusing this board and others I have noted that I am not the only one experiencing these problems.

I know I have only been here a short time, but I have browsed other message boards in similar format to this one.

It seems like this board has SO many "sub-forums" and categories and sub-categories. Many of them are not even very busy. Some are completely redundant. There are two separate forums for FAM/Charting. Neither is very active, and both could easily be combined into ONE slightly more active forum. Newbies to the site would have less confusion about which place to post FAM/Charting related topics.

This is only one small example. And of course, it's just a suggestion.

I wanted to take the time to personally apologize for the down time. The subforums are not the cause of the down time, but rather searches hitting our database causing our server to lock down. We are actively working to resolve this problem and hope to have some solutions put into works very soon.
