When I go to do a search of the messages, it goes to another page saying "Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information." What does this mean? It is driving me crazy.

We had to shut off the search feature because it was causing the ISP error.
