Okay to get it to work go through and customize your ticker on FF. Once you get to the end you will have three copy and paste codes. Copy and paste the one under bbCode: If you just copy the url that you see under sharing that only gives you the link to the image. You need to go through the customize your ticker till you get to the end and see the copy and paste codes.
