I'm no longer seeing the emoticon options or all the options that should be at the top to attach pictures, change fonts, etc. I have the "enable emoticons" checked and I've tried hitting "Toggle Side Panel" to see if that would do anything but it didn't. What can I do to get these options back?

Thanks!!! Yesterday I wasn't worried about it because someone else said they couldn't see them either but today lots of people have said they can so I was unsure why I still couldn't.

We made some changes to our software yesterday to try and speed things up a bit until our third server arrives (hopefully next week). You should not be not seeing these options. Here are the instructions I have for you. If after you do this it is still not working, please let me know.

The changes we made to the server may require a hard refresh of the pages to completely update (usually holding shift while clicking refresh will do the trick).
