How can I add a blinkie/image to my signature and give the link to one of the forums here when anyone clicks on it?

Just add the blinkie to your siggy using the IMG code, then highlight the entire code and click on the + icon right next to the underline button and then paste the url that you'd like the blinkie to link to and click OK.
