We're having meatball subs and creamed spinach. I had the meatballs in the freezer. (I froze half last time I made them)

I'm also going to try out a new Val recipe for dessert that I've been playing with and tweaking for a while. If it turns out well, I'll share.

Hubby is going to be gone this evening at church stuff so it is just me. I am really craving homemade fries, so I will probably do that and make some soup. Doesn't really go together but that's what I want

No idea. I rarely plan ahead. I'll probably have DH order something as I am exhausted and by the time we get home from work and picking up Kelly it will be after 7pm and we'll all be hungry, Kelly included... so I won't have time to make anything.

Butternut squash bisque soup- yum. I roasted the squash already, which is good because it's one of those steps that would screw up everything if I didn't get a chance to do it before I started dinner tonight. As lately I've been starting dinner at like 8 and an hour of roasting makes it hard to get it done AND put James to bed!

We're having pork chops and then a bunch of leftovers from the fridge - wasabi mashed taters, mac and cheese, broccoli, zuchinni. I hate little containers in my fridge, so I'm reheating everything. Haha.

We had homemade vegetable soup. It was DELICIOUS!!! I love having my mom so close to me...we cook together a lot!

We bought a store made strawberry rhubarb pie to go with it. I warmed it up and covered my piece with vanilla ice cream...man oh man can you say heaven?!?!

Yummy! Thanks Erika!!

Jen, my grandma comes to visit us once every year, when she does, she always brings us fresh ruhbarb from her house(she is in upstate NY) and we save strawberries, since we have really really good ones during the season, and she makes a strawberry ruhbarb pie(or 2) and I get fatter and fatter!!lol OMG it's so yummy! not many people down here know or have had ruhbarb.I love it!
