Alright moms of 2 or more.. Let's hear your best trick for managing your pack. No repeats

Here's mine: double duty bath time- our tub is separate from our shower so I put Adam in the tub and Noah's baby Bath inside the shower and while Adam plays, I bathe Noah then put Noah in the bassinet to wash Adam . I'm a lot braver than I was with Adam... Shoot I didn't give Him baths by myself for ages!

Do everything in 2's. Everyone eats at the same time, gets dressed at the same time, naps/sleeps at the same time, etc. Otherwise they would double team me and drive me crazy!

Of course, this works better as they get older Newborns aren't going to automatically be on older sibling's schedule...but as they get older I work like heck to make it work that way, if only for my own sanity!

Same as Sara again! Double teaming!

Make the older one the big kid helper. Autumn steps right up if I say I need help. If things go crazy and she doesn't hear that then she goes crazy too. But, if I said the H word, she goes into Helper mode.

If we have to go somewhere before 9am, I get the diaper bag, coats, shoes, and outfits ready the night before.

Everyone is on the same schedule (except Ella, she just kind of hangs out).

Eden and Cooper know what seat is theirs in the car and at the table and can get up into them by themselves.

Keeping busy! We always have something to do, whether it is going playgroup or playing with playdoh. Being busy = staying out of trouble = less work for mama

I plan easy quick meals so I can zip through dinner preparation while juggling the 2 babies by myself. And I also do bath together with both of them (I actually get in the bath with them and hold and wash Adam then NORAs hair with one hand, lol.) I time Adams nap to coincide with Nora's snack time, so I set her up with a half hour tv show and her snack and go put adam down, then if im lucky he sleeps long enough for me to get her lunch, than while she naps I have one on one time with him for a bit then his second nap. Having the moms helper has helped a lot.
