I adore this name! It's on my list for boys... my best friends baby's name is Otis, and I just think it'd be cute to have a Milo & Otis running around. LOL.

I've liked this one for a while! Last time I asked about it on here years ago, everyone said it was a dog's name and they'd never use it! I guess things have changed!

Here in australia we actually haver a drink like hot chocalate type thing called MILO so it reminds me of that lol
