My question to you is: If ridicule and teasing were not a factor what MIDDLE NAME would you consider for a child? (I picked MN, since most people tend to do the more traditional/"normal" first name and sometimes get a bit more creative with a middle name.) Perhaps a deeply personal name, a word name, character name, book name, place name, name of a song, or something off-beat and quirky that would sum up something or someone in your life to name your child after! Go crazy, I'm interested to hear the "names" and stories behind why you would choose them if you were a fearless namer!
For example, some of my GP MNs are...
Mistletoe - My mom, Mary, LOVED Christmas and I would use this in remembrance of her love for all things Christmas. I've long considered the name Merry Mistletoe for a future daughter.
Yesterday - From The Beatles song, it just pulls my heart strings every time I hear it. And The Beatles are my favorite band.
Bisbee - I just really love the sound of Bisbee. I think it's adorable. Bisbee is a town in AZ.
Strawberry - Just my favorite fruit! There's a sweetness to the name, IMO.
Imagine - From "Imagine" by John Lennon. What a perfect song.
Sparky - I would use this in homage to my father. My Mom used to call my Dad this during Christmas time when we were putting up our lights. It's in reference to Chevy Chase's character in "Christmas Vacation," which is a family favorite! He also went to ASU and their mascot is Sparky the Sun Devil!
