I personaly wouldnt do it, but I wouldnt say its completely out there.
Theres been worse sib-sets.

Both names are fine on their own, but I wouldn't use them in a sibset. It's a little too matchy and really makes it seem like you are trying hard to follow a theme.

Independently, I think Israel is fine. It's a Biblical name, not just a country. Ireland, on the other hand, is a country that became trendy as a girls' name either because Alec Baldwin used it for his daughter or because anything thought to be Irish is trendy right now. If you want to name your daughter after Ireland, use an Irish name.

I like Ireland. And I like sibsets where the names start with the same initials. But starting with the same initials AND both being countries is a little matchy, even for me.
